How it works

NSM Publish Plus: Workflow is ideal for websites that require it's entries to be reviewed on a regular basis and takes away the hassle of manually auditing the content thanks to the module dashboard.

Allow website administrators to set review dates for content so that when the time comes the content will be flagged for a review. All you need is a CRON job to ping a URL to trigger the review process. The addon will then search for entries that are ready for review and update the entry's workflow state to 'Review'. Email notifications will also be sent for each entry to your nominated recipients.

The Workflow data is complementary to ExpressionEngine's data so you don't have to rework lots of templates and their tag-data to handle new content Statuses, it works alongside your website without making changes to the existing data.
